| .... Add-Ons are charged for adding characters, objects, backgrounds, and commercial usage. I will confirm any charges with you before adding them. |
| .... A full description must be received before starting the commission. Send info through the google form linked at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions, please contact me. |
| .... 2 Minor Revisions are included with any purchase. View the Add-On section for additional revision charges. |
| .... Social Media Posts are often made with commissions. Please be sure to let me know if you would not like me to do so when initially ordering. |
| .... I reserve the right to decline a commission; any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. |
| .... File Formats are sent as a PNG at default. JPEG, BMP, and Photoshop formats can be sent upon request. |
| .... Payment is done upfront or paid in halves at the start and then end. You will not attain the files of a finalized commission until full payment is sent and received. |
| .... I only take PayPal or Venmo. No refunds for finished work. |

Drawing Stages

| Contract | If the artwork is to be used commercially, a contract will need to be signed by both the client and the artist to solidify the terms that were discussed. Any terms that were not previously mentioned upon the Commissioner receiving the contract are summarized or stated within the contract, by the artist, or within this webpage. (This is only required for commercial art.) |
| Full Payment | After selecting what you wish for the commission, drawing begins after the Artist receives 100% payment upfront. |
| OR --- First ½ Payment | Drawing begins after the Artist receives 50% payment upfront. |
| Sketch | Usually 2 rough sketches for the composition of the piece will be shown for display. If the commission is a sketch order, then the drawing will only be in black and white. The final sketch is then shown for approval before moving onto the partial render stage. |
| Partial Render | A description of what the artist intends to draw may be stated before working on the partial render stage. |
| Final ½ Payment | Upon completion of the artwork, 50% payment from the client is required before the finalized artwork will be sent. Finished pieces will be sent through email or google drive links. |

*Changing the structure of the piece for revisions during the Lineart and Color stage can be rejected depending on how severe the revision is. Additionally, the extremity of the requested change may result in a higher charge.
